Cancellation Policies
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at the “Cancel URL” in the e-mail that confirms your reservation or by e-mail (info@basara-hg.com).
Cancellation fees are as follows
-The day before the reserved date: 50% of the fee paid
-On the day of the reservation: 100% of the fee paid
No-show cancellation: 100% of the total amount paid.
Please understand that you will be responsible for the refund fee.
Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be processed.
